【素食 Vegan】自製無添加杏仁奶 / ASMRHomemade Almond Milk

市售的杏仁奶都是去皮的,我反而喜歡喝含皮而且未過濾含有很多渣渣,可以把整顆杏仁的營養充分吸收。考量不見得每個人都能接受有渣渣、喝下去有時候會喉嚨癢癢的口感,今天介紹的步驟能做出口感最滑順比市售杏仁奶還濃郁的味道,重點是可以省下不少錢呢(家庭煮婦聽到這個眼睛都亮了呢)

杏仁奶用途非常廣,搭配飲料、甜品、做成濃湯運用在料理上都可以直接替換牛奶,且是無麩質、無乳糖、vegan 的飲食都適用,給大家多一種選擇。自製比牛奶還營養、低脂、好喝的杏仁奶,早餐加入燕麥、倒入咖啡、茶一起喝都很讚~

※材料配方

杏仁(almonds) 300g
水 900ml
去籽的蜜棗/椰棗 (pitted dates) 3顆
*選擇性,為了稍微有甜味,如果沒有的話可以用糖、蜂蜜、楓糖等等有甜味的材料取代,也可以加香草精。
